Timberline Lodge, a National Historic Landmark, is the epitome of a classic ski lodge. Located at the 6,000-foot level of Mount Hood, Timberline Lodge is just 60 miles from downtown Portland.

Guest rooms, decorated charmingly with handmade furnishings, are now even cozier with recent improvements such as premium pillow-top mattresses and feather bed duvets. All rooms also feature modern conveniences, such as televisions with satellite programming, hair dryers, and phones with data ports and voice mail.

Timberline is renowned for having the longest ski season in the country. Guests at this four-season destination also enjoy a newly remodeled year-round swimming pool, spa and sauna. Nearby activities include golf, hiking and rafting.

The lodge also features 5,000+ square feet of event space and Executive Chef Leif Eric Benson’s famous cuisine.

For a unique social occasion or an intimate retreat, the Silcox Hut is the perfect hideaway. Located 1,000 feet above the main lodge, this restored warming hut offers overnight group lodging packages for up to 24 people.
